Our In-House MRO office is there to be your company’s first line of defense as well as provide your firm an assurance that all steps in the specimen collection process and the result reporting process is completed to effectively satisfy the regulations. All donor interviews are conducted as quickly as possible to satisfy all time zones and to make sure that your firm is in compliance with the regulations. CSS has an MRO administration department that supports our MRO’s in order to improve efficiencies, but they never conduct donor interviews.
