  • Complete state network search covering all 50 jurisdictions for MVRs
  • Multi-state search of criminal records, including the District of Columbia. All information is pre-screened by a paralegal team for both content and legality of usage before it is returned to your team.
  • Social Security number search as reported by the Social Security Administration. A social security trace is used to validate identity (names associated with social security number), and residential history (past and present addresses). This is an excellent way to identify fraud and accurately determine jurisdiction for criminal checks, an essential element in researching criminal history.
  • Employment Verification to validate the applicant’s current and previous employment, including dates of employment, job titles, and job duties, reason for leaving, attendance, and eligibility for rehire. We also include a check our MRO Database of Non-Negative Drug Test Information to assure that your applicant has not had a previous Non-Negative drug test while employed at or attempting to be employed at one of our customers. Checking references is a time consuming but critical component in the hiring process.
